WHO SHOULD ATTEND
The  workshop is for those wanting to work in their community to develop strategies of resilience and  sustainability in response to fossil fuel dependency, climate change and the resulting economic and health issues.  In earlier workshops, people involved in permaculture, environment, education, municipal, regional and neighbourhood organizations have rated this workshop very highly.  Ideally, you will attend with at least one other person from your community.  Working together and supporting each other is important for successful  implementation of the Transition Town strategy.

There is a discount of 10% for registration by February 19, 2010.  Ideally there will be two or three participants from the same organization or small community.  We will offer a  10% discount for the third person.  Finally, there are a limited number of bursaries for those whose wealth does not include cash at the moment.
